Large veneered stone columns were installed on each side of the stoop and gave the home a more pleasing and elegant approach. Each column was finished with a rich combination of cement board sheet siding and Azek trim boards. The existing support beams were also covered in Azek trim boards to match the columns.
The existing steel door was replaced with a warmer medium brown fir frame door with clear glass side lights and crown mold exterior trim to finalize the message the Delalis family had hoped for. “Welcome Home”.
