# Recognizing the People Behind Stebnitz Builders Projects
A finished Remodel makes for a great photo.
A beautiful kitchen. An updated bathroom. A living space that finally works the way you need it to. We love seeing the finished results, but there's a lot that happens before a space is ready for its close-up.
Every project takes a team of people working together. From planning and coordination to craftsmanship and the final details, each person has a hand in bringing the finished space to life. And while the finished photos get most of the attention, we think the people behind the work deserve some recognition, too.
A Great Remodeling Experience Goes Beyond the Construction
Remodeling involves a lot more than selecting materials and building something new. There's communication, coordination, problem-solving, and a whole lot of decisions along the way. Keeping everything moving takes a team that knows how to work together.
Sometimes, the things that make the biggest difference aren't the things you'll notice in the finished room. A lot of what shapes a homeowner's experience comes down to the little things: feeling informed, knowing their concerns are being heard, and trusting that someone is paying attention to the details.
Those moments might not show up on the final photos, but they can make a big difference in how a homeowner feels about the entire project.
We're also working inside someone's home, which comes with responsibilities beyond the construction itself. Protecting the rest of the house, keeping homeowners informed, and treating their space with care are all parts of the job. The goal is to build something great without making the process harder on the people living through it.
That's a team effort, and it deserves to be recognized.
Introducing our Employee Recognition Program
At Stebnitz Builders, we want to recognize the team members who go above and beyond for our clients. That’s why we’re introducing a new employee recognition program to give those efforts the attention they deserve.
Our Google Review Bonus Program recognizes team members who make a positive impression on our clients. Each time a client leaves a Google review mentioning a team member by name and describing their positive experience, that employee earns a bonus. If multiple team members are recognized, each receives a bonus. Bonuses are presented directly to employees during our biweekly payroll meetings, giving the entire team an opportunity to hear the client's feedback and celebrate their contributions.
It's a small way to say thank you to the people who help make each project a positive experience.
The Value of Sharing Your Experience
Your feedback helps us understand what matters most throughout a remodeling project, from clear communication to thoughtful craftsmanship.
If someone on our team made your experience better, mentioning them in your Google review gives us an opportunity to recognize their efforts through our new Google Review Bonus Program. Sharing what they did and why it mattered helps the entire team learn from and celebrate their contribution.
If you've worked with Stebnitz Builders, we'd appreciate you sharing your honest experience. You feedback helps us improve and gives other homeowners a better understanding of what to expect when working with our team.
There's More to Every Finished Project
Behind every finished space are people who plan carefully, solve problems, and take pride in their work. Some contributions are easy to see. Others happen quietly behind the scenes, but they can make a lasting difference in a client's experience.
Every review tells a part of a project's story, and we're grateful for the opportunity to recognize the people who helped make it a positive one.
