# What's New with Stebnitz Builders? Glasswall Three-Season Room Systems
Homeowners often recognize the need to update their homes to better fit their lifestyles. But one of the biggest struggles they have in the design phase is visualizing the various possibilities available. Those choices can be daunting with any size project.
Fortunately, there's an answer. One of the many benefits of working with a professional, design-build remodeling company like Stebnitz Builders, is working with a [Remodeling Design Consultant](https://www.stebnitzbuilders.com/project-development-agreement/), committed to helping you achieve your home goals by guiding you through those decision points. Our team uses a proprietary process called ["Procedural Listening"](https://www.stebnitzbuilders.com/why-us/#listening). This ensures we hear your goals and provide you the very best solutions to reach those with unique design ideas and finishes.
Earlier this year, we completed a large exterior remodel designed by [Jeff "Chopper" Anderson](https://www.stebnitzbuilders.com/our-staff/jeff-chopper-anderson/), one of our Remodeling Design Consultants. Our clients wanted to maximize the beautiful setting of their home and create a retreat to entertain friends and unwind after a long day.
With those goals in mind, Chopper discussed utilizing a Mon-Ray Glasswall System for their three-season room instead of the traditional vinyl system typically used in a situation like this. This floor-to-ceiling system brings in the beauty from the outdoors without the annoyance of insects and other flying pests, as well as protecting them from less-than-ideal weather conditions.
The wood frames surrounding the Glasswall System beautifully accent their home which sits on 10 acres, surrounded by heavily wooded areas and two ponds. It also provides year-round viewing of all the visiting wildlife.
If you would like additional information on how your home could benefit from a Mon-Ray Glasswall System of its own, fill out the information below or give our office a call to speak to any one of our Remodeling Consultants. We'd be happy to help!
