We realize it is a bit convuluted, but we can help you weed through the misconceptions and misinformation you may be getting from others. It is important to note that it is ILLEGAL for any contractor to even "bid" on a project that contains lead without being certified. Unfortunately, there are contractors out there who are choosing to bypass the expense and time to become certified - betting against the fact that they will be caught, fined and the project they're working on shut down for an undetermined amount of time. Pretty scary.
