Stebnitz Builders, home builder, remodeler, contractor in Elkhorn, WI, has been awarded a 2014 Guildmaster Award for exceptional customer service. GuildQuality, an independent [customer satisfaction surveying](http://www.guildquality.com/) company, has powered the Guildmaster Award since 2005 to celebrate service excellence in the building, remodeling, contracting, and home services professions.
Stebnitz Builders was selected as one of the over 200[North American builders, remodelers, developers, and contractors](http://www.guildquality.com/guildmaster/) recognized by GuildQuality for their superior delivery of customer care.
"We are honored to be recognized by GuildQuality with this distinction," said Chris Stebnitz, a third-generation owner of Stebnitz Builders.
"We take pride in ensuring that the experience our clients feel throughout the project is as wonderful as the final product is. We appreciate the willingness of our clients who have given their feedback after the project was completed. Not only do we enjoy hearing the many kind things people say about us, but on occasion, we find suggestions from clients on ways to improve the experience even more." Stebnitz explained.
Over the past few months, GuildQuality reviewed numerous survey responses submitted by customers of Guildmaster candidates. In granting awards, GuildQuality considers two primary metrics for each candidate: the percentage of customers who would recommend and the percentage of customers who responded. Stebnitz Builders achieved a recommendation rate of greater than 90% from their customers, who were surveyed through GuildQuality.
### “Perfecting The Art Of Listening”
The team at Stebnitz Builders has committed itself to maintaining its motto of "Perfecting the Art of Listening" with each client they work with. As winners of the International Listening Association's "Best in Business" award in 2007, they continue to focus on that level with every project they complete.
"A recurring comment we've seen from our clients is how well we've listened to their needs and delivered on those requests," Stebnitz said. Every member of the Stebnitz Builders team realizes the importance of "Perfecting the Art of Listening". There's never a finish line to perfecting that art. It's a continuous evolution to the definition of "perfect". We are constantly working on ways to improve on the high marks we've already received."
