# Stebnitz picked to represent top remodelers in nation

I was quite humbled earlier this week when I was asked to represent Remodelers Advantage - a national consulting firm we've been a member of for nearly 15 years - and consult with many contractors on how to successfully run their construction/ remodeling company this last Wednesday at The Pro Expo in Miller Park. The Pro Expo is a series of national events for builders, remodelers, and architects sponsored by Pella.

Remodelers Advantage is dedicated to helping remodelers improve their businesses, boost their profits, and enjoy the benefits of working smarter and more efficiently.
Held in large sports arenas across the country in 2010, The Pro Expo events feature information from and demonstrations by product manufacturers, keynote speakers, educational sessions, and presentations from noted consultants in the homebuilding and remodeling industry.
At each Pro Expo, Remodelers Advantage offers a dynamic presentation entitled “Top Remodelers Speak Out: Best Practices to Strengthen Your Business.” The presentations included videotaped footage of several Remodelers Advantage members explaining best practices they feel are essential for running a profitable company.
“We were honored to have Chris represent us at The Pro Expo event at Miller Park,” says Victoria Downing, president of Remodelers Advantage. “He literally lives and breathes the business management tenets discussed in the videos, and he embodies the professionalism, leadership, and other qualities our members learn about in our seminars and Roundtables. Chris is a great spokesperson for our company and the remodeling industry.”
It was a blast sharing stories about our businesses and our outlook on the current market sith so many other contractors. Thanks to all the visitors for stopping in to see me and the seminar attendees who had so many great questions. I hope I was able to shed some light on what it takes to have a richer life as a business owner.

Oh yeah. And the tour of Miller Park was pretty cool, too. Getting out on the field without fear of being escorted out of the game was a great treat! Thanks Pella!
