# Year of the House, Stebnitz Builders Delavan, WI
Great feature video by [CNN](http://www.cnn.com/) explaining why now is a great time for families to consider remodeling their home.
The video features our friend [Sal Alfano](http://www.remodeling.hw.net/owner-issues/turning-pro.aspx), Editor of [Remodeling](http://www.remodeling.hw.net/), and a family who is in the throws of remodeling their home. What started out as a need for a larger refrigerator opened up in to a need for more room and better amenities throughout the home. [Kitchen remodel](https://www.stebnitzbuilders.com/kitchen-portfolio/), [bath remodel](https://www.stebnitzbuilders.com/bathroom-portfolio/) and laundry room remodel are just a few of the upgrades they are making. They key to their decision to remodel was they LOVE where they live, but needed to [renovate their home](https://www.stebnitzbuilders.com/additions-portfolio/) to better fit their lifestyle now.
